Why You Should Take Power Naps to Increase Energy and Increase performance

Power naps cannot be reckoned with, as you will see in these videos, when it comes to increasing energy and increasing performance.

NASA had done significant research on power naps; these guys and gals don’t mess around.

And now, there’s the “Powered Nap,” where you can cut nap time by 75% with the help of 30-40 Joules of energy, the optimal dose for health and performance using the ATP device, which speeds up recharging and restoring your nervous system through proactive recovery (photobiomodulation) and produces more ATP.

In Sarah Mednick’s work, she studies the effects of financial incentives, daytime walks, naps, and caffeine on the participants’ ability to return to baseline performance, and naps crushed it; the nuances of this I talk about in my video above, but also listen to Dr. Mednick’s video on giving it up for the down state.

This research is so important because in the work I do founding and promoting the installations of Regenus Centers, we actually employ power naps as part of the very therapy we are using (photobiomodulation) to accelerate recovery.
