Most of the people we serve here at Performance Lifestyle Coach want to win the second half of life, even if they’ve succeeded wildly in the first half.
They are 35-40 and over, in the second half of their work-life. And according to USA Facts on longevity statistics for women and men, they are in the second half of life itself, which statistically speaking is a full 20-30 years short of the finish line, and they don’t want that. They want to convert that second half to the “middle third.”
They are entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, service professionals, coaches, or consultants— people in control of their time—and if you’re not, we can help you with that. They may or may not have an athletic background (I usually attract those who have at least some), but if they have, most have lost the mindset and habits of someone who lives to perform well.
