I’m John Allen Mollenhauer, my friends call me John Allen or by my initials "JAM" and I hope you will too.

I was once an over-achieving, underperforming entrepreneur who had so much going on I was barely hanging on. After years of living with a high achiever’s mindset, expecting high performance despite excess stress, and poor energy management; I was tired out, burned out, and wearing out fast despite being proficient in nutrition and fitness.

The initial transformation came when I got free of “the curse” that capable people often suffer from and woke up. I then discovered what energy is, where it comes from, and how to proactively produce more of it; and reoriented around the spirit-driven life. These are the two most intelligent shifts one can make that give rise to a new high-performance mindset.

I then upgraded my lifestyle, step by step, to a healthy, high-Performance Lifestyle® that bridges the gaps that distract and hold most people back from achieving their ambitious goals with their well-being intact. Every step of the way I started helping other entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals… do the same; and over two decades, the “healthy” High-Performance Lifestyle Blueprint developed. 

A healthy, high-performance lifestyle is not a program you try to stick to for 30, 60, or 90 days (like weight loss or muscle building). Your lifestyle is 365. It’s habit-building around all of the fundamentals of optimal living and all the benefits that come with that. 

You start where you are, get the HPL blueprint, and then, take the training courses one by one that will enable you to develop a healthy, high-performance lifestyle you can call your own. Lifestyle Coach JAM and the team support you with group coaching, one-to-one coaching as needed, solutions, and live events.
